- When you contact us: company name, contact name, email address, phone or LINE ID (optional), number of employees, and your message
- When you use the Service: employees’ nicknames and birthdays (day and month), and delivery details
- Usage data: browsing history, device information and IP address collected via cookies and similar technologies
We do not collect employees’ full legal names, years of birth, employee IDs or personal contact details.

- Providing the Service, including baking, delivery and birthday reminders
- Responding to enquiries and preparing quotations
